2. Many states have laws preventing alcohol products from being shipped in from out-of-state. Currently, we can only ship to the following states (subject to change without notice):

   If you live in a state to which the shipment of products from Du Vin is not allowed, we suggest you provide an alternate address in another state that can accept shipment, or have your order shipped to a third-party storage facility in a direct shipping-friendly state.
   
   Additionally, all shipments of alcoholic beverages within the United States require an adults signature at the time of delivery. Our shipments are labeled "Adult Signature Required." Du Vin will not reimburse any loss resulting from the shipper leaving your package at your door without a signature. The shipper is required to get a signature. We suggest having your order delivered to a business address if there is any possiblity of the shipment being left without a signature.
   
   Orders for non-alcoholic items (glassware, wine storage accessories, etc.) are not restricted to certain states and can be shipped throughout the United States.

Our Refund Policy
If you are not happy with product you receive from us for any reason, we will issue full refund, less shipping, upon receipt of the product shipped back to us pre-paid.
